While out and about on this evening, I was waiting to turn left onto Market Street from eastbound Maryland Route 140, Baltimore Boulevard in Westminster, MD. That is when I observed a large black Ford Super Duty approaching from behind, traveling at a high rate of speed, and still accelerating. The driver was approaching a traffic signal that had been solid red for quite some time. As the driver approached the intersection he reduced speed only slightly and proceeded to go through the intersection, nearly striking another vehicle making their left turn onto Old Baltimore Road from westbound Route 140. I immediately called the authorities and advised MSP of the vehicle's description and last known direction of travel. Upon review of the footage after getting home an officer that is a fan of the channel and I attempted to clear up the footage to view the license plate to no avail, we can only make out a partial plate and are unable to identify the driver. It is also my determination this driver did this intentionally. He can be seen moving from at least the number two lane all the way to the right turn only lane to pass traffic. Then proceeded to jump across a the roadway to the number one lane where he then proceeded to run the red signal. The truck also appeared to have front end damage from a prior crash. This is just one clip of some very dangerous driving that has been spotted in the region recently. @cluelessdriversofmaryland1816 caught a road rager and reckless driver who nearly struck two cyclist on the shoulder after illegally passing vehicles on the shoulder. Please y'all, slow it down y'all. We all want to get home safely at the end of the night.
