YOU Are Worthy Of Love Because Of THIS
You are worthy of love because you exist.
You are worthy of safety because you exist.
You are worthy of having your needs met because you exist.
You are worthy of being validated in your experience because you exist.
You are worthy of being given the benefit of the doubt and given support in the areas where you need to learn and grow because you exist.
When you start to accept these things about yourself, when you start to live as though this is true, you are going to start to shift how you interact with yourself. You are going to start to shift how you allow others to treat you and the kinds of situations you will invest your time and energy into.
From here, it’s going to shift how you view and value others, how you treat others and the kind of treatment you advocate for on the behalf of others.
And THIS is what leads to a cultural revolution.
We make these internal shifts towards a deeper connection with our own humanity, and this then has a ripple effect out from us.
It changes how we interact with the world around us, causing us to BE a part of the new society of communal care and respect we all want to create.
Never underestimate the power of an internal shift causing an external wave of change.
