Tampines Quarry is a great place that's quaint and near the heartlands.
People left some really comfortable chairs and stools there for others to sit and relax. The view isn't obstructed and it seems to be always windy.
I think the quarry's most interesting and beautiful spots are located just by the water, as it gets pretty repetitive once you continue with the trail. The water is pretty clear, albeit ruined by mosquitoes and dead bugs.
