Kodak Gold 200 Medium Format Film | First Impressions

Yes, over the weekend, Jerald & I headed out, hoping to photograph the "Kampung Spirit". Jk.
Ok we wanted to test out the new-to-us Kodak Gold 200, which I personally have been waiting to shoot for quite a while. 5 rolls of golden goodness will set you back 68SGD, which is nothing compared to... well, compared to any other colour film.
[in the video I mention that it's the cheapest medium format film, but what I meant was specifically colour film only.]
Do I see a difference between Portra and Gold? Yes, but not enough to justify spending almost $20 for the TONEZ. yikes.
Not important but when I was cutting Kodak Gold film to fit the 120 sheets after development, I noticed that the negatives were slightly thicker, making it tougher for the Lab's worn down scissors.
Until the next price increase, I'll be quietly shooting Kodak Gold 200.
