What should each level of the organization speak about in their content?

Each level of your organization has different strategies and goals when it comes to #contentcreation.

EXECUTIVE LEVEL - Create content that concentrates on strategy, vision, 5-year plan, 10-year plan, values, and more strategic things

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT LEVEL - For those managing teams, they can share content around projects, management styles, team culture, team dynamics, etc.

OPERATIONAL / FUNCTIONAL LEVEL - Share content related to the day-to-day activities of that role - e.g. Day in the life of the engineer, business analyst, customer service rep, etc

At each level, they can share content that's different, and together they form content the describes the overall culture of the organization. It's getting a view into the company from all these different eyes and perspectives.

Big shout out to Daniel Roth, Editor in Chief, VP at LinkedIn, where I first heard the Creator Employee term. I love this term and it ties in so nicely to the work I've done with employer branding and building employee brands.
