Start with the simple exercises and then follow the progressions. DO NOT attempt the whole skill that Alex demonstrates at first. He is an experienced Parkour coach and you can see how difficult James finds some of the exercises.
These exercises are great fun and can be done by anyone who wishes to keep fit and have fun.
