Local law enforcement and fire officials visit Camp MIND
Welcome to Camp MIND, a summer day camp at the UC Davis MIND Institute for kids with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism, was a visit from law enforcement and fire officials.
The Sacramento Police Department, Sacramento Sheriff’s Office, Sacramento Fire and UC Davis Police all stopped by. They sent vehicles, including fire trucks and cruisers for the kids to climb in and check out, as well as police dogs and even horses.
