Best free livestreaming platform plan | Streamyard vs Melon vs evmux |
You've probably heard of Streamyard and Melon as livestreaming platforms with free options. But I just found a newer one called @Evmux. Comparing what's offered in the free plans, evmux is the only one of the three that lets you stream in 1080 resolution, the only free plan that allows you to stream to multiple destinations at once, or have more than 6 participants on stream. evmux gives you 30 streaming hours per month (versus 20 hours on Streamyard or 4 hours on Melon). I've used paid versions of Streamyard and Melon before, and they're both great, but if you're just getting started and don't want to pay anything just yet, evmux looks to have the best features for their free plan.
