Using Descript's Overdub feature for the voice of this entire video
I used Descript's Overdub tool to recreate my voice, then typed out the entire script to this video and let the AI make it sound like I recorded the voiceover. It's pretty good out of the box; I think there are options to create voice profiles where I could improve the tone and inflections, but I'm not quite sure how to do that yet.
