Amp up Part 1 with wall resistance to banish back fat and stand taller Join the 2-week challenge: do 3-4x/week to feel sleek and confident.

Important Tips:
Posture Matters: Keep shoulders back and spine straight for all push-ups and planks—avoid hunching to maximize posture benefits.
Go at Your Own Pace: Step closer to the wall to make it easier, or farther to add difficulty when ready. Take your time, no judgment!
Form Focus: Keep your core engaged and back flat for every move—don’t stick out your butt!
Build Strength: This workout preps you for regular floor push-ups and planks later. Practice and level up!
