🌞 Rise and shine with this quick 10-min Morning Stretch & Strength HIIT! This one’s for Darlene — Big Shout to you for the inspo! 😊 😊 Do it in your pajamas—no mat or shoes needed, all standing! Let’s blend deep stretches to boost flexibility moves to lengthen your body and limbs for a slimmer, leaner look with strength moves to build power and tone your core, glutes, arms, and back. Feel refreshed, strong, and energized throughout the day! 🌞💪

Notes:

Duration:
About 14 min (2-min warm-up, 10-min main workout, 2-min cool-down). In a hurry? Skip warm-up/cool-down, but they’ll make you feel amazing! 🌟

Anytime Workout:
Feel free to do this quick stretch & strength HIIT anytime during the day—morning, noon, or night—as you wish! Although named Morning Workout, it can be done anytime you prefer. 🕒

Preview Clips:
During the 10s breaks, I’ve fast-forwarded preview clips to showcase complete moves (e.g., lunge, twist both sides). Watch and pause these to study the forms, as arrow cues like “Squeeze” or “Align” disappear fast with move changes. Feel free to check the video first to nail the moves! 🎥

Form First:
Focus on the form, not reps. Arrows with cues like “Squeeze,” “Align,” “Extend,” “Reach,” and “Tight” guide you to perfect form for max burn and stretch. Get it right to lengthen your body, enhance flexibility, and feel the burn where it counts! 💪🔥

Arrow Cues:
Apologize if the arrows feel overwhelming on some moves (lots going on)! Take your time—practice makes perfect! 🏋️‍♀️

Beginners:
Sorry😢 No modifications this time, but you’ve got this! Move at your own pace—don’t stress if you can’t fully e.g. straighten a leg or back. Bend a bit, build strength and flexibility gradually, and avoid pushing too hard to prevent injury. No judgment, just progress! 🙌😊🌈
