📌 What is the Computer Controlled Teaching Yogurt Incubator and how does it work?
The Computer Controlled Teaching Yogurt Incubator (IYDC), designed by EDIBON, is a hands-on teaching equipment that allows students to learn about the yogurt production process in a highly visual and interactive way. It provides insights into the physical and chemical parameters that can be measured during yogurt production.

The incubator features an insulated central body where yogurt fermentation occurs, with shelves to hold containers. A heating element controls the necessary fermentation temperature, while a fan prevents overheating.
The unit also includes:
A temperature sensor to monitor the internal temperature.
A pH sensor to measure the yogurt's acidity at any time during the process.
Safety features, such as a switch that prevents the heating element from operating if the door is open.

Additionally, the unit comes equipped with the EDIBON SCADA Software for full computer control, data acquisition, and real-time monitoring of all parameters involved in the yogurt-making process.
