Create a document in Microsoft Word Document (or Google Docs or even in Canva!) Save your document as a PDF file. Open in Adobe Acrobat to request an electronic signature.

In this video, I demonstrate from Word to PDF, establishing the signature and date fields, as well as the email request and signing process.
