Muscle groups worked: Lower back (Lumbar)

Starting Position
Place your ankles inside the ring. Lie on your stomach with arms extended in front of you, shoulder-width apart. Legs are straight, forehead resting on the floor.

Exercise Execution
Simultaneously lift your chest and legs off the floor, using your pubic bone as a pivot point. Press the outsides of your ankles towards the ring.

Tips: Duration / Repetitions
3 sets of 6 to 10 repetitions. Rest for 30 seconds.

Final Position
Return to the starting position.

Breathing Instructions
Inhale first, then exhale during the lifting phase.

Safety Instructions
Keep your navel pulled in throughout the exercise and keep your gaze towards the floor to lengthen your neck.
