6 Steps to resize multiple images in Photoshop:
1. Prepare images.
Create two folders, "SOURCE" and "RESIZED".
Copy your source images into the “SOURCE” Folder.
2. Create an action to resize image.
Select Windows-Actions (Alt+F9) to open the Action panel.
Open any image by going to File-Open.
Click Create new Action icon in the Action panel.
Named the Action "Images-Resize", set to Default Actions then click Record.
3. Perform the operations to resize the image.
Choose Image- Image Size.
Enter the new Width and Height then click OK.
4. Save as image.
Choose File-Save As.
Navigate to the “Resized” folder where you want to store the file.
Type a name in the File Name text box.
Click Save.
5. Stop Recording.
Click the Stop Playing/Recording button.
Close the image.
Open the “Resized” folder.
You can just delete the resized image.
6. Start resizing multiple images.
Go to File-Automate-Batch.
Choose the Images-Resize Actions you created earlier.
Choose the images source folder.
Choose the destination folder.
Check "Override Action Save As Command".
Type the file naming.
Choose Document Name and Extension. Click OK.
You can see the results in your Resized folder.
