1. Open Photo.
Use File-Open.
2. Duplicate Layer.
Use Layer-Duplicate layer.
3. Choose Color for Sunset Effect.
Click the foreground color box.
Select orange in the change foreground color window.
I will choose the color code #ec821a.
Click OK.
4. Fill Photo with Foreground/Orange Color.
Click the duplicate layer then select Edit-Fill with FG Color.
Change the blend mode to soft light.
5. If You Want Darker Results, Duplicate the Background Again.
Click the original/background layer then select Layer-Duplicate Layer.
Change its blend mode to Multiply, and adjust the opacity.
