MUFFINS WITH BLUEBERRIES! A simple recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
250 g of sugar
pinch of salt
vanilla extract (to taste)
110 g butter (melted)
120 ml of milk
290 g of flour
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
200g of blueberries (roll in a small amount of starch)
Before baking, sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 190°C.
