Ratatouille Galette Recipe
Dough:
100 ml warm water
80 ml oil
Pinch of sal
Herbes de Provence
220 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Filling:
150 g Gouda cheese (grated)
or cream cheese
1 zucchini or eggplant
1 bell pepper
1 onion
A few tomatoes
Instructions:
Mix all the dough ingredients together and knead until combined.
Chop all the vegetables.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm.
Spread the cheese over the dough.
Arrange the vegetables in layers on top of the cheese.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown and cooked through.
