🍰MOM'S RECIPE - Plum pie with sour cream filling!

🍰Dough:
100 g flour (4 tablespoons with a slide)
50 g butter
40 g yolk (2 pcs.)
30 g sugar (4 tsp)
3 g baking powder (1/2 tsp)
a pinch of salt

🍰 Prepare the dough.
1. Turn on the oven at 180C with airflow.
2. Mix the yolks with sugar.
3. Combine flour with baking powder and salt.
4. Сold butter mix in a mixer with flour.
5. Combine crumbs with eggs and sugar and knead the dough.
6. Wrap the dough with cling film and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Sour cream filling:
200 g sour cream (15-20%)
50 g eggs (1 pc.)
70 g sugar (3 tablespoons)
10 g cornstarch
_____________________
0.5 tsp cinnamon
300 g plums

Prepare the plum.
1. Cut the plum in half, remove the stone, cut each half into 2-3 parts.
2. Add cinnamon to chopped plums and stir.

Prepare the sour cream filling.
1. Mix the egg with sugar.
2. Add corn starch and stir until smooth.
3. Add sour cream, mix again.

🍰Make a cake.
1. Take a form with a diameter of 20 cm, put the dough on the bottom of the form and level it, forming the sides.
2. Put prepared plums in cinnamon on the dough.
3. Fill the plums with filling - it should not reach the edge by 1-2 mm.
4. Send to bake in the oven, heated to 180°C, for 30-35 minutes.
5. Let the finished cake cool and then sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
