State of Michigan Shelter In-Place Order for Coronavirus - Civil Emergency Message EAS - 3/23/2020
I had a feeling that this was going to be broadcasted over the Emergency Alert System. Surprised it wasn't done earlier in the day, but I suppose they wanted to make sure that everyone was home to hear it.
Surprisingly, this alert was not relayed over NOAA Weather Radio, at least for the Grand Rapids station.
And here I thought the time off of school I would be able to film some train videos. However, we should all take this seriously and hunker down. It will not be easy, but it is essential if we are to get over this infection sooner rather than prolong it and risk everyone getting infected.
