2. Impregnation (3 tbsp sugar, 100 ml water)
3. Curd cream, powdered sugar
4. For decoration - protein-custard
protein - 150g
sugar - 350g
water - 70g
salt - a pinch
5. Food colors (pink, green)
6. Fresh flowers (can be made from cream)
We cut the biscuit into the shape of a bouquet as in the video. Assembling the cake. First, coat the cake with impregnation, then apply cream; between layers you can add fruits, nuts, meringues if desired.
We prepare crumbs from the biscuit scraps, mix with cream and make potatoes, with this we will cover the entire cake.
Prepare protein custard. Divide into 3 parts. Leave most of it white
Paint part 2 pink, part 3 (at least) green.
Cover the cake completely with white cream, then decorate it as shown in the video.
