CHICKEN FRICASSEE - Easy Recipe
Hello friends! Today we prepare chicken fricassee. A user subscribed to my channel made me a request and I satisfied him. Chicken fricassee is a Tuscan recipe but is also prepared in other parts of Italy and France. This version will be finished with an egg yolk and lemon sauce. Try it and let me know if you liked it.
Ingredients for 4 people:
8 chicken thighs
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 glass of dry white wine
1 liter of vegetable or chicken broth
2 eggs
1 lemon
Rosemary
Sage
Extra virgin olive oil
salt
Pepper
