Amazing Skillet Apple Cobbler!
Ingredients:
10 inch Cast Iron Skillet
8 Tablespoons Salted Butter
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can (21 oz) Apple Pie Filling (or Cherry or Blueberry, or Peach, etc.)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Sugar mix on top
Preheat oven and skillet w/butter to 350 f.
Bake for 45 minutes.
