The carbonara proposed in this video is a revised version, in which the shallot has been replaced with garlic and bacon instead of the bacon to give more character to the dish.
Having added the garlic which has a more intense flavor than the shallot I did not use the bacon but I preferred the bacon which has a more delicate taste to balance the flavors.
Those who do not like garlic or bacon can use traditional ingredients with the same method of preparation.
Carrying out the recipe with the Thermomix it is necessary to insert the oil.
