The next step after analyzing your problems is turning them into goals. But how do you set goals effectively? Goals must be set in behavioral terms. For example, instead of setting the goal "to stop worrying," you should ask yourself: "How will I behave if I worry less? What specifically do I need to do to worry less all day, but only for half an hour a day, and so that anxiety doesn't interfere with my relationships, studies, and work?" After you set a goal, you should clearly see what you need to do to achieve it.
