Ingredients:
Chicken wings (as many as you need)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika
Garlic powder
Baking powder (which helps achieve crispiness)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Sprinkle a small amount of baking powder over the wings and toss to coat. Baking powder helps to create a crispy texture.
Season the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet. This elevates the wings for better air circulation.
Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer, ensuring they're not touching each other.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. You can flip the wings halfway through for even browning.
Let the wings cool slightly before serving.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces or toss them in a flavorful sauce before serving
