Christmas Salad 😋
This mussel salad is ideal as an appetizer or starter for #Christmas. I love salads and I'm always trying new combinations. I hope you like this new recipe. The recipe is very easy and quick to make. #shorts
INGREDIENTS:
4 boiled potatoes
2 boiled eggs
350g white tuna in oil
4 pickled piparra peppers
8 anchovies in oil
1 can of stuffed olives
1 can of pickled mussels
Fresh chives
Breadsticks
For the mayonnaise:
1 egg
Sunflower oil
White tuna oil
Pickled oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt
PREPARATION:
1. Drain the white tuna. Peel the potatoes, place them in a bowl, mash them, and season with salt to taste. Peel, grate, and add 2 boiled eggs. Add the piparras and chopped anchovies. Drain the olives and add them to the bowl. Finally, crumble the albacore tuna in the bowl.
2. Prepare the mayonnaise.
3. Add 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the bowl and mix well. Serve on the serving plate. Garnish with the pickled mussels, some chopped fresh chives, and some breadsticks.
