15 Minute UPPER BODY Workout | Bodyweight Only
You don't need to hit the gym or use heavy weights to grow your upper body!
Try this bodyweight-only upper body routine at home, I suggest you hit this routine 2-3 times a week, preferably combined with other routines to maximize the results.
This workout targets your whole upper body muscles, but especially your chest, shoulders, and triceps!
Having well-defined arms and shoulders is a bonus, but there are many other benefits to building and maintaining a strong upper body other than aesthetics. Here are some of the big ones...
1. It can improve your posture
2. It can give other workouts a boost
3. You will improve your metabolism
4. It's incredibly rewarding
5. Everyday tasks become easier
So what are you waiting for? Grab your mat and let's go!
This is a full-length video, which means you can just follow along whatever I am doing in the video. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch and follow it the whole way through.
