Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) created a schedule assessment that is a guideline to determine if your schedule can be used as a management tool and how to use it to manage your project. There are 14 points of measurements. You can build tools to calculate these metrics for you, but this series helps you understand how to calculate each metric and what each metric tells you.
