Critical Path Length Index (CPLI): DCMA 14 Pt - MS Project
Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) created a schedule assessment that is a guideline to determine if your schedule can be used as a management tool. There are 14 points of measurements. The thirteenth metric is calculating the efficiency needed to get back on track. The closer to “1” you are, the easier it is to get back on schedule.
