Baseline Execution Index (BEI): DCMA 14 Pt - MS Project
Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) created a schedule assessment that is a guideline to determine if your schedule can be used as a management tool. There are 14 points of measurements. The fourteenth metric is calculating the your performance and is seen to be the earliest indicator that a schedule is heading towards trouble. It measures what you had planned to get done by now vs what you have actually accomplished to date.
