Oops! What have I done?!
Yes, that's two roasts on top of each other and a waste of nearly £750 of retail coffee. It has happened before, but not two expensive coffees back to back. That's the cost of a mistake when you're tired, pushing your concentration limits and ultimately not paying attention.
Other than that costly mistake, today went relatively smoothly. All our wholesale partners ordered on time and Jules and I cracked on with getting coffee out the door for our online customers and walkins alike.
Tomorrow it's delivery day to the East Riding of Yorkshire and our wholesale partners that are there. I'll make sure to document the journery.
