Consistency Creates TRUST
If you are not consistent, you won’t trust yourself and neither with others.
Consistency is a prerequisite to trust.
Trust in ourselves & from others.
Incosnsinecy, however, proceeds confusion and distrust.
To create trust within yourself and with others, you must become compentant in doing “the thing.”
Competence breeeds confidence and it all stems to the simplest of things: keeping your word.
If you say you will do “x,” do it and do it when / by the time you say you will.
If you can’t keep your word to yourself, how can you expect others to trust what you say when you demonstrate you don’t value yourself?
The thing about consistency is that the results you experience in life directly reflect your level of consistency.
It’s not about all the excuses people hide behind.
It’s about showing up and doing the work.
For me, on these platforms, I am the same as in person.
I am the same person with my clients and on stage.
