Good evening, and welcome to the Desperate Filmmaker News Network. I am the Desperate Filmmaker, and this is your news for today.
There is no news.
The world has always been full of scary things, and they’ll still be there tomorrow. But, unless it absolutely has any direct impact on your life and you could actually do anything to change it at this precise moment, then take the day off. You earned it.
So turn off the TV, go talk to your family or friends, bake a cake, sing karaoke with your dog, read a book, or just take a nice long afternoon nap. Do anything other than worry about things you have no control over, spreading negativity and misinformation in an effort to cripple the downtrodden of the world with fear-mongering and hate.
You can go back to that tomorrow.
