A bunch of reporters have been put through the paces by the Anaheim Police Department. Sgt. Daron Wyatt says the exercise was designed to open up what happens in the three seconds or less that the average officer involved shooting lasts.
Wyatt says police came in contact with people 205,000 times last year in Anaheim. Of those, Wyatt says less than one percent required any use of force.
