Understanding Mental Wellness: Commanders & Experts Discuss Coping Strategies with Parkdale H.S.
In celebration of National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day, the Washington Commanders welcomed Parkdale High School students to their team offices for an insightful conversation with Commanders Alumni Marcus Smith, social media influencer and licensed clinical therapist Kier Gaines, and clinical psychiatrist Dr. Herbert Harman. The discussion centered around strategies that students can implement to maintain a positive and healthy relationship with social media.
Following the panel discussion, Parkdale High School students enjoyed an exclusive tour of the new Washington Commanders Team Office in College Park, MD.
