Kinetic Type Animation | After Effects Animation Workflow 3/3

This animation started off as an animation which was meant to win students over to how amazing expressions are. Hence starting with a slider control named “progress” and percentage text. You can see this evolve early on in part 1.
It then evolved into a general, fun / nonsense kinetic type animation with a vague theme of “workflow”. And I was going to use it as a thumbnail for this tutorial I did on using time remapping: • The Power of Time Remapping | After Effect...
So I brought in some After Effects interface elements, such as the work area bar from the timeline window, and an animation on the letters of “workflow” which are meant to emulate using time remapping.
It ended up taking FAR longer than I wanted, largely because I didn’t really plan it (do as I SAY kids, don’t do as I DO). That's why I didn't end up using it as a thumbnail for that tutorial as it became a humungous time-sucking beast.
That’s also why I had to split the workflow into 3 parts, as youtube has a 12 hour upload limit.
Actually that limit forced me to finish it, as I was constantly watching the clock towards the end so I could keep this a three parter. I’m hoping the third part is more Last Crusade than Godfather part 3. It’s definitely longer anyway.
There were a few inspirations I pulled into a moodboard which you can see at the start of part 1. They kind of all seeped in, but I want to credit where I can:
