Lyme disease tends to harbor in areas of the body that are stagnant or weakened. This can be physically injured areas, but also can be areas holding onto emotional energetic signatures from past trauma.
This is why it can present so differently in different individuals.
The micro organisms involved in Lyme disease basically highlight stagnant areas and weak spots in your body.
For instance, if you have experienced a traumatic brain injury, you may have a lot of central nervous system symptoms with Lyme disease.
If you were a big time athlete, and you had a lot of wear and tear in particular areas, you might experience pain in those areas.
If you have chronic postural misalignment, you may find that Lyme tends to settle in those places.
It's incredibly varied how Lyme shows up. It might even promote autoimmune inflammatory bowel disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, or arthritic conditions, because Lyme disease can promote auto immunity, for example.
As I have said before, your biography encodes your biology.
You can often begin to understand why the disease process is located in a certain area of your body based on your past, both physically, as well as emotionally.
Borrelia, the organism that causes Lyme disease, has been called "The Great Imitator" because it can manifest very differently in each individual.
For this reason, Lyme can be challenging to diagnose. Lyme diagnosis has improved, and my favorite lab for testing is called Infecto Lab, where they do T-cell testing. Testing for Lyme is still not perfect, however the testing at Infecto Lab is a huge improvement from what we have had available in the past.
