Boom Bap from 3 Different Samples (MPC 2500 Sampling)
At first I sampled one old song and took a few parts, but then I needed something else to go on top so I sampled another song and it worked out perfectly.
It can be tough to take samples from different songs and try to make them sound good together. It's not just about pitching them up or down to get them to sound right, but it's also that some samples just don't work with others because they're in a completely different key or chord. This is why you have to have a very good ear for music so you can find the sounds you need for your beat.
