Über zahlreiche Wegentscheidungen hinweg sind wir immer vor den Toren einer weiteren grundlegenden Gabelung angelangt. Ist die Entwicklung der bloßen Fortsetzung bisheriger Wiederholung von Entstehung, Blüte und Untergang geweiht? Wie sonst könnte Entwicklung aussehen?
Was bedeutet Glück für den Menschen?

Over many path decisions, we have always arrived at the gates of another foundational crossroad. Is the development of mere continuation dedicated to a previous repetition of genesis, flowering and downfall? How else could development take shape?

Die Kompanie 4RUDE wurde 2005 von Hikaru Inagawa und Maco gegründet und ist seither weltweit mit ihren Produktionen unterwegs. 4RUDE sucht nach einer idealen Form des Ausdrucks und erfindet ein Schauspiel ohne Worte. Aus Elementen des Theaters und des Butoh entstehen individuelle Stücke aus Körperbewegungen, die innersten Erfahrungen entspringen. Diese Arbeitsweise und Vision entwickelt sie seit Jahren weiter, suchen den Weg in die Tiefe, und erschaffen so eine einzigartige Bühnensprache. Arbeitsmittelpunkt der Kompanie ist Berlin.

The company 4RUDE was founded in 2005 by Hikaru Inagawa and Maco and since then has been on the road worldwide with their productions. 4RUDE is looking for an ideal form of expression and invents a spectacle without words. From elements of the theater and the butoh arise individual pieces of bodily movements that spring from innermost experiences. They have been developing this way of working and their vision for years, looking for a way into the deep, creating a unique stage language. The home base of the company is Berlin.
