Chasing Shadows // A Harry Styles Love Story Chapter Nine
Hey guys! Thanks for the support and all, I'm glad you like my stories! So, in case your wondering now, the boys have left and Erica and Mackenzie are on their own. I'm skipping a couple of days now, well, nothing much happens. Here we go.
"I can't believe they've left us!" Erica cried.
"Me either, but I guess we have to get over it in some way or another" I sighed, throwing myself onto Avery's couch and sinking deep into it. My phone started buzzing frantically in my pocket, I picked it up and started reading my numerous texts from Harry.
Harry: I miss you!
I want you here!
I neeeed you!
I miss you!
I smiled at my phone, Erica looked up from hers and glanced over at me. "Texting him?" She said.
"Yeah, my phone's frozen" I giggled.
"Cute" She smiled, then looked back down at her phone.
I looked at her weird, and replied.
Me: I miss you too best friend :(
Harry: I wish you could come with us
Me: me too, but in a couple of months my name won't cross your mind
Harry: What! Of course it will, your my Mackenzie!
Me: yeah, okay ;)
Harry: Miss you :(
Me: miss you too.
I slid my phone back into my pocket. "He's going to forget me"
My phone started ringing, mine and Harry's homemade ring tone of us freestyle rapping filled the silent room.
"One second!" I smiled, holding up my index finger and slipping outside, closing the door behind me.
"I miss you!" Cried a familiar voice.
"Oh god, Harry!" I giggled, sitting down on the stairs.
"I miss you" He said again.
"I miss you too" I sighed, twirling a strand of hair around my finger.
"M-" Harry started, but was interrupted.
"Leave me alone Louis!" Cried a desperate sounding Niall in the background.
"Never!" Was Louis's reply, I heard a small chuckling sound coming from the other side of the phone, making my heart melt.
"You still there?" Harry asked me.
"Of course" I smiled.
"Great" He replied, I could hear he was smiling.
"Lover boy, give me the phone now!" I heard Louis scream.
"Oh my gosh" I giggled.
"Alright, here's Louis" Harry laughed.
"Okay" I replied.
"Hey Kenzie!" Louis squealed.
"Hi" I giggled.
"You feeling a little better?"
"Yeah, a little" I smiled.
"Good, good" Was his reply.
"Mackenzie get your ass in here now!" Erica screamed from the other room.
"Coming!" I replied, slipping into the room and onto the couch.
"You want lover boy back?" Louis asked.
"Uh, who?" I replied.
"Harry" Louis laughed.
"Oh, okay" I giggled.
"Right" Louis replied.
"Oh, good luck!" I called, but he must of already passed over the phone.
