For this recipe you willl need
6 Hake fillets cut in cubes
4 Large eggs
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon fish spice
1 Cup self raising flour ( you can always add more if needed )
Dipping Sauce
2 Tablespoons Mayonaise
1 Teaspoon sweet chilli sauce
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
1Teaspoon parsley chopped /dried
1 Teaspoon dried chives
