Today, we’re gonna be looking at cold vs hot water bath therapy for recovery, which temperature therapy to be used for which circumstances or exercise types with scientific research results. I hope today’s video can help you in better recovery after a good workout regardless of your style of training. And before I start, please note that the “cold” water mentioned in this video isn’t ice therapy or cryotherapy. The “cold” water mentioned is a temperature at around 5 to 15℃ or 41 to 59℉.
