Urethane Grout Coat For Polished Concrete
Cleaning concrete with urethane grout does not need to be difficult.
Filling micro-porosity adds about $.30/SF for material plus the labor to install the product. The benefit of using the urethane is the final result will be more mechanically complete and the polish clarity will be improved.
Whatever brand of urethane grout is chosen, be sure to understand its set time so thickening material is not spread wastefully. Material that has begun to kick will not fill the micro holes adequately as its viscosity begins to rise.
