Michael Mikhail is an accredited leader in the mortgage world and a seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is the founder and CEO of Stratton Equities, the leading Nationwide Direct Hard Money & NON-QM Lender for real estate investors. Michael launched Stratton Equities at the end of 2017 with no money in the bank and, within about six months, had made $1.3 million. Stratton Equities is now a Nationwide company born out of the need for a better way for real estate investors wanting direct private money loans with an ethical yet experienced financial institution. An innovator in the private lending space, he has built Stratton Equities into a resource for borrowers, brokers, and loan officers.
He was broke and homeless in another country. Somehow he had to get back to the USA in 2017, with no money, no credibility, and no credit. Despite all his obstacles, he's built the company up to a point it's almost reached $1.2 billion.
