1 pound boneless, skinless white fish fillets
National Masala
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Marinara Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
Crushed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Recipe
To Marinate the Fish:
In a large bowl, combine the fish, National Masala, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Marinate for 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
To Make the Marinara Sauce
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the crushed tomatoes, salt, sugar, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
