Marsdog ASMR
I was just testing the level and I heard the unmistakable Gobble Snarf Snap and got very confused. Little dude wandered far away from his spawnpoint to go snack on some Elder Things I killed earlier.
If a marsdog is busy eating it'll (mostly) ignore you.
