This version by Matthew Moore sounds like something the American Breed might have included on their "Pumpkin, Powder, Scarlet And Green" album.
Matthew had previously recorded Buffy St. Marie's "Codyne (She's Real)" on White Whale. He went on to form The Moon with ex-Beach Boy, David Marks and they recorded two LPs for Liberty.
