Black And Blue Burger - Tony's Comfort Kitchen
Burgers come in many different forms, but this black and blue burger is completely different! The blue is of course from blue cheese. The black in my case is from either black treacle or molasses. Either way, it is an absolutely delicious burger and a complete change to your usual varieties.
Ingredients
1 burger bun
2 slices of bacon (I used back bacon)
220g of minced beef (ground beef)
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp of black treacle or molasses
1 slice of blue cheese (I used dolcelatte)
Burger sauce of your choice
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Sliced tomato
