[Volleyball Class/Elementary School Boys' Spikes! Before and After!
This video is a before-and-after from a volleyball class for a fourth-grade boy. ✨
He'd only been playing volleyball for six months,
but his spike steps and ball impact were exceptional! ️
He had some bad hand and arm habits, so we worked on stabilizing his form to eliminate them. ✨
This is a digest of the practice, just a before-and-after video,
but I think we saw some slight improvement. 🏐
